Our Studio Policies

At our hair salon, we have policies in place to ensure that all of our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience. Our policies cover a variety of topics, such as appointment scheduling, cancellations, refunds, and more. By having clear policies in place, we can help prevent misunderstandings and ensure that everyone is on the same page. Additionally, our policies help us maintain a safe and professional environment for both our customers and our staff.

Cancellation Policy: We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Studio Gray has a 100% cancellation fee of the service if canceled within 36 hours of the appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Studio Gray at (610) 331-6610 as soon as possible to reschedule.

Late Policy: Please let us know if you will be running late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee accommodation of the service you booked and you will be charged 100% of the service.

No Show: If you do not show up to your appointment on the scheduled day and time or for any cancellation within 36 hours of your appointment will still be charged 100% of the service cost.

Refund Policy: Something not right? WE will do our best to make sure you leave satisfied! To request an additional appointment to adjust your end result, we ask that you contact your stylist within one week of your original appointment. Please note: Requesting another stylist will result in paying the full service cost, as we do not offer any refunds on any services.

Salon policy: Due to our cancellation policy, we require a credit card on file in order to reserve your appointment. We also ask that children are only brought in for their scheduled appointments and are accompanied by an adult.

How can I book an appointment?

Simply select your services and reserve an appointment with Grace or Rae!

We recommend all color services include a finishing service in their appointment (Haircut/blowdry). We recommend this to ensure all of our clients are satisfied with their end result before leaving the salon.

Due to our cancellation policy, we require a credit card on file in order to reserve your appointment.

Please come into the salon with clean hair. 

We love when our client have inspiration photos as the ready in order to help us imagine your dream outcome.

How do I find the studio? Parking?

We are located within the Plymouth meeting mall Sola Salon suites:

Parking is available by Whole Foods or Dick’s. From there, you’ll either enter through the main lobby of sola or through the mall. We recommend parking near Whole Foods and coming in through the sola main entrance. We know it’s a bit tricky to find so if you’re having trouble, watch this video on instagram.

Can I buy Studio Gray gear or products?

You can purchase Studio Gray gear by either messaging us or picking it up in the salon. We also carry Redken shampoo, k18 leave in treatment as well as k18 shampoo, redken acidic bonding treatment.
